Retreat away from Home!!!

Liked:Excellent customer service-- 10/10!! The staff that greets you to check in to your hotel room was phenomenal-- kind, caring, patient and smiling!! The hotel itself was so beautiful. There's a store to shop in for Disney merch. A game area, outdoor pool, indoor starbucks. The valet staff were very kind and welcoming. Answered any questions that we had. The ladies who cleaned my room were so kind! I liked that fact that they left the name of whoever cleaned your room in case there were any questions you might have. The catering service at our breakfast and lunch were so welcoming, hard working, kind, and paid attention to detail. Our plates never sat long on the table after we were finished. They had positive and welcoming demeanors. Shout out to the starbucks located inside the Hyatt--- they were slammed with our huge convention and they kept smiles on their faces-- welcomed the challenge and just did a great job of getting our drinks out in a timely manner. Loved that there was a cocktail and lounge area to be able to have conversations in the middle of the hotel. All the locations of the rooms for our conference were well labeled. Even the day that we had to check out of our room and place our bags with the hotel-- it was a very trustworthy service-- thorough and safe!! Thank you for the excellent stay.

A good place to stay

Liked:Overall nice and good experience, little more walk to Disneyland but manageable. Multiple options for food and pool area is nice to spend time in evening if free; however it appears that resources in play area are not being maintained properly.

Lovely Stay at the Hyatt

Liked:I had an enjoyable and peaceful time at the Hyatt recently as I was visiting for a conference held at the hotel. The hotel was clean and spacious with plenty of food options in the hotel and surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean and there was no noise even though my room was located right by the elevator. My room was cleaned when asked and I felt the hotel suited my needs for the week.

Disliked:Way too pricey with everything added onto price of the room. I understand this is a vacation resort style hotel near very popular Disneyland. However, not all guests are traveling for leisure but for work. It would be nice to have some perks like lower prices for parking or better sandwiches in your grab and go store. Having a Starbucks on property was best. Food isn't that great at the breakfast and way over priced. . However, all your staff is wonderful and helpful. I prefer Ayres Hotel chain that have bigger rooms and free or lower prices for parking and better breakfasts.
