Good location, expensive parking

Liked:Location was good. A short 10 minute walk from Disneyland parks. Plenty of food and shops a short drive from the hotel.

Disliked:We booked for 6 people, on arrival only beds were made up for 4 people. When we called reception to ask if they could make up the 5th / 6th person's bed we were told they don't do that, but we could come and grab some bedding to do it ourselves. If I have booked for 6 people, I expect enough beds for 6 people to be made up on arrival. Parking was expensive.

BACK AGAIN

Liked:We recently stayed at the Element Hotel in Anaheim near Disney with our family, and this was actually our second time staying here. Overall, it was another great experience. The room was very clean, and housekeeping really stood out—they were always on top of everything and kept the room in excellent condition throughout our stay. The runners were also quick and efficient whenever we needed something, which made things super convenient. The front desk experience was just okay overall, but I have to give a special shoutout to Mel and Dahra—they are AMAZING. I remembered them from our last stay and made sure to leave another comment for them because they truly stand out. Mel checked us out and was so friendly and genuinely helpful, and both of them made a lasting impression on our visit. My only suggestion would be to start breakfast a bit earlier. It would make it much easier for guests trying to get to the parks early for rope drop. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

Grate staff and hotel

Liked:This is our fourth trip using element hotel, and we have had the pleasure of working with Darah almost each, and every time . She has been wonderful to work with, my family and I truly enjoy our stay there . He have 4 children and book the room with bunk beds . Can’t find a better hotel in town that can accommodate and so close to Disneyland. Darah thank you for all your help always.
