Juan, manager has EXCELLENT customer service which is rare nowadays.

Liked:My 4-yr-old granddaughter FaceTimed me excited because the hotel room I booked for her birthday had a very comfortable bed and a big t.v! Also I had originally booked two different rooms by error and the hotel arranged it so that my daughter and granddaughter did not have to move to a different room.

Location is everything.

Liked:Location is walking distance to Disneyland.

Disliked:The rooms were extremely hot. House keepers come every three days. When housekeepers arrived, they only made the beds and emptied waste baskets. We had to request removal of dirty towels and ordered clean towels. The breakfast area has a 15 min seating limit, or you have the option to take a tray to your room. A second waffle maker would help speed of the process.
