Liked:The hotel is impressive with a spacious lobby on entry. The staff were incredibly helpful on check in and prior to checkout. The room and hotel were spotless throughout our stay and our room was serviced every day to a very high standard. The proximity to Disneyland is a plus, we walked there in around 15 minutes taking a slow stroll.

Disliked:The hotel was hosting a number of conferences whilst we stayed and as such was very busy. The lobby and bar area were quite noisy and busy at times, which we didn't mind as we were out all day. Check that you aren't charged twice for your room! Ours was pre-paid but we were charged again on the credit card we placed on file. The front desk staff helped to sort this straight away, acknowledging their error, but as of yet, the charge is still showing as pending on my bill, so I will keep checking on that. Another piece of advice would be to join Marriott Bonvoy rewards to receive free WiFi as otherwise, it's a hefty daily charge.

The cockroaches making me feel like the hotel is not clean

Liked:I love this hotel have stayed here about 4 times last year. This year it was not that great

Disliked:cockroaches everywhere! In my bathroom in the shower and in the ballroom bathrooms as well
