Liked:Hotel lovely and clean. Staff friendly.

Disliked:Got a little stressed by the hotel charging more money on arrival. I had already paid booking.com. But it all worked out eventually,after the hotel got in touch with yourselves.

Disliked:Shower was partially not working (main head was not turning on). I didn’t elect to report during my stay as I didn’t want to take the chance of having to be moved out of room. However I mentioned it at end and they were very apologetic and said they’d get it fixed.

Liked:Staff and rooms. Canal patio and restaurant is superb.
