Ok, but.....

Liked:The stop was just outside the hotel, easy access to the centre, not so close though. Three bedroom apartment, a bit small, not enough space to move. Beds very comfortable Clean and neat. Coffee machine in the room, fridge. Safe neighbourhood. Safe hotel.

Disliked:I was pretty satisfied with the hotel in general, but the day I checked out I realized I had left something in the fridge and I asked the hotel if they could send it to me. However, they said they had found nothing (which cannot be true) and I was very disappointed. I got the impression they did not even try or care. All in all, for me the human factor, providing good service and help to the people are very very important. That spoiled the good impression I had. Such a pity!

Liked:Clean modern spacious

Disliked:Manager on duty did not allow my daughter, who lives in the dorm next door to the building, to come and have breakfast with me in the hotel breakfast room, despite the fact we have done that three times before on three other visits. Reception manager extremely rude and unpleasant in general, and that's been the case in all visits before. Avoid

Liked:I had a great stay at XO Hotels Couture. The hotel was neat, clean, and very comfortable throughout my visit. The room was well-maintained, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The employees at the front desk were especially helpful and welcoming. They were always polite, quick to assist, and provided excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. Their friendly attitude made the experience even better.
