Large, sunny rooms and great tram connections, but let down by unclear customer service

Liked:Excellent location! There is a tram stop right outside, making access to the city center super convenient. The room was very large and faced south, so we enjoyed plenty of beautiful sunshine during our stay.

Disliked:Upon arrival, I asked the receptionist about the parking facility and how it works. The explanation was very unclear, and it felt like the staff member was reluctant or unwilling to explain it properly. There was a coffee machine provided in the room, but no coffee pods/supplies were left for it. The cappuccino from the automated machine in the lobby was not drinkable.

Great short stay

Liked:Hotel in a quiet neighbourhood but City center is very accessible as the tram stop is right outside the hotel. Breakfast was done well as well. Room was BERY spacious, clean and comfortable. Would pick this hotel again
