Liked:The location of the hotel was good. Access to two supermarkets right underneath the hotel was a big winner. Good restaurants around the hotel area.

Disliked:Cleanliness of the room was below average. The entire room was very dusty on arrival and the carpet was not very clean. After 1 day, we ran out of Hair and Body wash in the bathroom (which should have been filled before our arrival) I had asked for room cleaning service at the reception and even put the room cleaning sign on the next day however, on returning exhausted from our entire day outing, it was unfortunate to see that the room had not been cleaned or made up. Made a formal complaint to the reception. I had to go down to ask for a hair and body wash from the reception. The next day we repeated the same process and on our return to the hotel, we were surprised to see that none of the towels had been replaced, even though they had been on the floor to be replaced, the tea cups were still dirty, and the hair and body wash was still not replaced. Did not use any other hotel facility or a restaurant so no comments on that.
