Important Information
Please inform White Moon Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that usual check-in time is from 15:00 till 18:00. Checking in after 18:00 is possible for a fee of EUR 30. After 22:00 it is EUR 50. Please note that windows are restricted and can only be opened for ventilation. This is to minimize noise complaints from the neighbors. Please note that this property is situated within a residential area, and therefore noise disturbances have to be kept to a minimum between 24:00 and 07:00 hrs. Please note that the full payment needs to be completed before arrival by PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. A deposit may be required at the property.
