Liked:The hotel was close to the Rai convention centre and the decor was really nice.

Disliked:I had room service on the first night I arrived and the dishes were not taken away by house keeping. In the end I put the dishes outside my room - perhaps I did not understand protocol but I think housekeeping could have removed them. The tea and milk was never replaced. The floor never seemed to be hoovered as crumbs were there all week.

Disliked:cleanliness. there was still candy and rose petals from the previous customers. trashcan was dirty. soap dispenser in the shower was empty. there were stains on the couches
