Liked:Everything exceeded expectations! A huge thank you to the amazing staff across all shifts and sectors (check-in, late-night, and restaurant). The room was super comfortable with a great shower, and the gym/spa areas were pristine and full of amenities. Don't skip the food—both breakfast and the new restaurant are excellent. The location is perfect, especially if you want to avoid the busy city center and experience a day in the life of a local with great cafes nearby, while still being able to easily visit the main tourist sights. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel

Liked:Very smooth check-in, room was available even earlier than expected. Staff is very friendly, and the hotel and the rooms look very nice. The 'pillow menu' is amazing. Very good breakfast with a lot of options.

Disliked:The pool/spa area is quite small, with no so much seating space. But I guess that makes sense for a hotel in a big city.

Liked:Our room was so spacious and comfortable. Location of the hotel was near many restaurants and so easy to get into central Amsterdam. All the staff are so helpful and nice.

Disliked:Lighting in room. There isn’t much light one can turn on. During the day it’s fine with the lovely big windows.
