Disliked:Air conditioning not working … issues with billing for city tax which was not applicable for other room guest had already checkout was charged to me , Reminder from hotel for deposit exhausted which was not and they accepted mistake . Very unprofessional and bad experience stating they are 4 start hotel

Seven comfortable nights. May well return there

Liked:Location: Very close to Rijks and Van Gogh museums, canal boat trips and a park. Convenient for frequent trams into the centre of town. Room: Separate bathroom with large shower. Large bed, A Safe Breakfast: Large selection of cold items, hot items prepared to personal order otherwise a little limited.

Disliked:Would have appreciated a little more clothes hanging and shelf space

Disliked:Only room service option was from expensive Japanese restaurant but looks like everyone just gets Uber Eats etc delivered

Liked:The good location and unique atmosphere of the hotel.

Disliked:The beds weren't very comfortable but that seems common in Europe. We stayed in a suite which was pretty pricy - not worth the expense

Please note that this is based upon availability and needs to be requested. Children from 3 years old need to stay in extra bedding, based upon availability and room type. Children up to 11 years old can stay free of charge, from 12 years on the full amount is applicable. Only the Junior Suite offers space for an extra bed upon request. Reservations for children between 0 and 12 years can only be booked in a Triple Room / Junior Suite. Please note that if guests would like to book breakfast after booking their reservation, breakfast will cost EUR 28.50 per person per day. Please note that bike rentals are available for EUR 19 per day. A deposit may be required at the property.
