Liked:The location was good, there was a view of the canal, the staff was polite.

Disliked:The room was very small, the walls were dirty - they had black spots on them, the topper on top of the matters had some material coming out of it, the sheets had stains on them, the heater was full of dust. The doors was cracked. The cleanliness rate was low on Booking but i didn t believe it. It was bad. The window was cracked and had some superficial repairs made to it.

Great location, friendly staff and safe area

Liked:The walls need a good lick of paint to freshen the place up as it’s very grubby (small double canal room) but location & staff are excellent! Comfy beds and great AC - when you’re on a city break like this you hardly spend any time in room and hotel is in safe area right on the canal. 2nd time staying and will be back in September :)

Disliked:As above
