Liked:Overall, this was a clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Although not in the city centre, it is easy to travel to central or the airport with only one or two metro. The metro station is 3 minutes away (walking) from the hotel.

Disliked:There were several issues that significantly affected our stay, and unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel to friends or family. 1. Booking.com pricing/search experience: When we initially searched on Booking.com, we were shown several hotels at very high prices (over £1,000 for three nights in Amsterdam), while this hotel appeared to be one of the few reasonably priced options. After booking, we searched again and were surprisingly able to find 4-star hotels in central locations for around the same price we had paid here. This made us feel that the search results and pricing algorithm on Booking.com were rather misleading. 2. Supermarket location: The information on Booking.com suggested that a supermarket such as Mezze was within approximately a 5-minute walk. In reality, the closest supermarket was at least around a 20-minute walk away, or one underground stop. We specifically confirmed this with reception, both verbally and in written communication. Therefore, the information provided on Booking.com does not appear to accurately reflect the actual location of nearby supermarkets. 3. Bathroom condition: The bathroom ventilation was not working, and there was mould on the ceiling. In addition, the bathroom door could not be properly closed. We have photographs documenting these issues. 4. Room temperature: The air conditioning was centrally controlled, and the maximum temperature available to us was 20°C. We found the room uncomfortably cold, particularly because we could not adjust the temperature to a warmer setting. 5. Pillows: The pillow provided was very small and uncomfortable, which made sleeping less comfortable than expected.

Important Information

Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. The credit card used for the booking should be shown upon check-in. Construction work will take place near the hotel from 3 March 2026 to 1 December 2026. As these works are beyond our control, some rooms may experience construction-related noise. Please also be aware that the usual route to the hotel may be obstructed due to the construction. Alternative access routes will be available. Additionally, renovation works will be carried out on the 7th floor of the hotel from 1 May 2026 to 1 November 2026, between 10:00 and 16:00. As all guest rooms are located on other floors, only minor noise may be audible during these hours.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
