Super stylish, clean and comfortable hotel

Liked:Gorgeous hotel, really stylish. staff were so lovely and managed to check us in early. Quiet location and a 10 minute walk to get a tram into the center. Wide variety of food and drinks available in the bar and restaurant. Room had good facilities and the air con was a blessing!

Disliked:The sliding frosted glass door separating the bathroom didn't offer much privacy and wouldn't stay closed. Having already paid for the room online I was surprised to find out i had to lay down 150 euro security deposit on arrival which is alot of money.

Brilliant will definitely be coming back

Liked:Location was not to far from Amsterdam Central, only 3 stops on the tram. Staff was really helpful and the hotel in general was very nice

Liked:Did not use breakfast but area seemed nice. The rooms were quite also the sauna and pool were nice. I feel like the front desk staff was cordial and polite. Location is not bad but also not close to the center so have to use public transport or rent a bike

Disliked:Had to ask for room to be cleaned. Lights not working well in the room, sinked was clogged.Would have loved to be able to rent the bikes by hour instead of day. Biggest thing was cleaning the room which means changing the sheets and truly cleaning not just fluffing them. Also I feel like I had to beg for room to be cleaned ...
