Pleasant.

Liked:Reasonably well-stocked bar with some interesting beers which, despite closing at 11.30pm did not hassle customers to leave for their rooms.

Disliked:Had understood that breakfast was originally part of the 'deal' on booking.com website but, upon printing confirmation, found it had been deleted. Thus, had to pay for breakfast on a daily basis which was approx. ⅓ more expensive as a result. Not really worth €18.50 each time (expected c. €12 more reasonable) but adjacent Burger King alternative never seemed to be open so I was a reluctant captive customer. Please amend your options page to be much clearer and more resilient.

Quiet and safe stay with basic facilities

Liked:The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, providing a peaceful environment for our stay. It was a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Disliked:The room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom was also quite compact. The facilities were very basic. In addition, the hotel is located quite far from the city centre and the main tourist attractions, making travel time longer than expected.

Liked:The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with Bus 22 just a short walk away, making it quick and easy to get to Amsterdam Centraal. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything we needed was provided

Disliked:There wasn’t much to dislike. The room was a little compact, but it was well laid out and ideal for a city break
