Terrible

Liked:We chose this location to embrace Amsterdam. We were on a canal right in the heart of Amsterdam.

Disliked:There was no air-conditioning the room was like an oven very hot and the noise all night was terrible in hindsight probably bad location. Amsterdam seems not to sleep at night.

Disliked:No air conditioning! And it seems that a crowd of young people hang out on the streets at night screaming and shouting till all hours of the night -no sleep

Great hotel in a great location with incredibly friendly and helpful staff!

Liked:We arrived very early and were welcomed to enjoy coffee and the lounge area. They held our suitcases while we went out before our room was ready. The room was great, cozy, clean. Breakfast was fabulous. Plenty of options, and delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Disliked:Although I knew this was going to be the case, we were in the annex and had no lift (elevator), but the stairs were quite steep and narrow and curved up.
