Great location, clean rooms, and a very convenient stay overall, with a few areas to improve

Liked:The hotel was very well located, close to Dam Square, and everything was within walking distance, so transportation was never an issue. The area also felt quite safe. The room was clean, although a little too small, which is fairly typical for authentic European hotels. There was no desk in the room, and I experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi. Overall, however, the location was excellent. The restaurant is one of the most well-known spots for lunch and dinner, though it is not the best option for breakfast.

Disliked:I was expecting a more helpful and service-oriented experience rather than a heavily marketing-focused approach. I also expected much better Wi-Fi quality. The hotel only provided public, unsecured Wi-Fi, which blocked access to many websites and was not reliable for business or personal use. In addition, I expected a much better breakfast experience. I did not purchase the breakfast package and only tried the buffet once. From my perspective, the buffet quality was not acceptable and did not meet expectations.

Excellent Hotel

Liked:Classy Hotel - beautifully decorated, great sized bedroom with separate sitting area. Well appointed bedroom, maintained daily. All spotlessly clean. Warm & friendly reception - hotel info explained well. On Tram route so easy to get where you want to be. Just 3 stops from Centraal Station. Short walk to Dam Square. Would definitely recommend.

Disliked:Nothing. Didn't eat in Hotel - attached restaurant, but separate franchise, which seemed very popular, bookings required.
