Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.
Different policies and additional supplements may apply when booking for 20 people or more, or 4 rooms or more. The group booking policies will be communicated separately. If the group booking terms are not confirmed by the guest, we may cancel the booking. The property does not have parking. However, an address for parking will be provided on request. A deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for private rooms, and EUR 100 is required for rooms with 6 or more beds. A deposit of EUR 20 is required for beds in shared dorms, as well as a towel, room key, and locker key. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
