Great location. Arriving by train , ease of access, flat walk with luggage. Pay the extra for deluxe room with canal vie

Liked:The heritage aspect adds a nice dimension, and the location is just far enough away from the noise, yet to close to access whatever you need. Handy to train station, with an easy flat walk.

Disliked:The check in process caused some concern, when we were allocated a room that someone was already checked into ! Despite the rocky start, the hotel did redeem itself with a pleasant stay. Suggestions for management, please review your check in and security process !

Furthermore, I was deeply disappointed by the unhelpful and unwelcoming attitude of the front desk staff. I faced flight delays and asked for their cooperation to extend my check-out time. However, I was met with an entirely illogical demand: to pay the full price of a night just to extend my stay until 3:00 PM! This kind of treatment shows a complete lack of flexibility and professional customer service. I expected a much higher standard of hospitality and appreciation for guests' circumstances.
