Disliked:Absolutely disgusting. VERY DIRTY bedroom Thieves. I left my cigarettes in the room and one of my boxes have been stolen. They don’t care the staff are rubbish stuck up. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Honestly stay away bedrooms are disgusting

Amsterdam was beautiful but this hotel was the only negative experience

Liked:Nothing , I don’t understand how this rated in the 7 range on booking .com.This was less than a 3 star in quality and only redeeming point was its location which is debatable as it was in the city centre which we thought was the place to be but it was noisy and dirty.

Disliked:As above , the staff and manager had zero customer focus and attitude was this is the standard for Amsterdam and offered no options as we had already paid .This is quite possibly the worst accomodation we have experienced around the world & even had their resident cat jumping on the counter in the breakfast room. Avoid at all costs
