Liked:I think the whole hotel is good value for money. The bed was comfortable, and the AC was very good in the summer heat. The parking option is very practical if you want to come over by car. The bathroom is clean and modern.

Disliked:The room was very small. It was fine since we only stayed for one night, but it would have been annoying for a longer stay. My biggest issue, however, was the receptionist during check-in. She checked us into the wrong room because she mixed up my last name with another guest's. She also charged me the city tax for two nights. Even when I told her we were only staying for one night, it didn't cross her mind to verify my first name or ID. Instead, she just told us to email the hotel because she wasn't allowed to give a cash refund. Luckily, the receptionist working at checkout the next morning noticed the error, checked my booking and ID, and refunded the city tax in cash. While the issue was ultimately resolved by the second staff member, the first receptionist truly handled everything poorly during our arrival.

Liked:Location close to tram station, takes half an hour to reach the center.

Disliked:There was a bug in the bed, they changed our room but we saw another bug (which was dead) in our second room too. And the room was not clean, surfaces next to bed were dusty. Because of the bug we wanted to check the bed for bedbugs and the sheets and the bed were full of hair. Also the standard rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable. They don’t have windows. Overall i would not recommend this place.

In case of the "Fully Flexible" rate, the hotel will pre-authorize your credit-card for 1 euro by making the booking to make sure the creditcard is valid.
