Liked:staff is great

Disliked:definitely not a 4 star hotel, poor wifi, small and dirty rooms, poorly cleaned and no facilities on site.

Some great staff in a good location

Liked:The majority of the people who worked there were very helpfull and went out of there way to assist us. The location was good for where we were going to.

Disliked:The room itself was small with a tiled floor made it very cold, the bathroom was very tight and small, the shower fluctuated from hot to cold alot. Some of the staff were not helpful and at times did not help

Comfortable stay, suitable for different activities.

Liked:Good location, spacious rooms, nicely furnished, friendly staff - we stayed here for a weekend, could easily reach and enjoy the city centre and also go to a concert at Ziggo Dome. Great pick!

Disliked:Other guests were a bit loud at times, slamming doors. Not the hotel’s fault, but maybe it should be mentioned upon arrival, that other guests’ right to relax should be respected.
