Good for the price

Liked:This hotel is cheap and in a great location. It is clean and tidy and the room was very well presented. My only criticisms are that it looks a bit tired with some threadbare bits of carpet in the hallways and, when I had an issue with the key not working, the receptionist looked as miserable as sin and didn't seem to want to help, but had too!

Really Good!

Liked:The location was amazing. The breakfast was really good and quite rich. The cleaning service was great, and towels were changed daily. The bathroom was really clean and good. We had a family room, which was really nice and comfortable, except it was quite dark with not enough lighting.

Disliked:Also, the mansard room was really, really hot and there was not enough air conditioning, especially on such hot days. We could barely breathe in there. It would be much better if there were an option to open the window in the mansard room. We couldn’t open it; we could not reach it.
