Paid for 3 adults, slept crammed in a single bed. Terrible 5-star experience

Liked:The location of the hotel is good, and the property itself looks decent.

Disliked:Extremely disappointed with the service. We booked a room explicitly for 3 adults, but the hotel completely failed to provide the mandatory extra bed. Two adults had to spend the entire night crammed and squeezed into a single twin/single bed, making it impossible to sleep. For a 5-star hotel like the Sheraton, this level of neglect and lack of basic comfort is unacceptable.
