Disappointing stay for the price charged.

Liked:Spacious rooms. Clean bathrooms. Big breakfast area.

Disliked:No Fitness centre in such a big resort. A very miniature gym which is very costly and you have to pay separately 15 euros per session. Beach/pool towels are also not free. You have to pay a 15 euro deposit per towel and can't change the towel in 4 days to avoid a fees. Attitude of the staff is very cold and condescending. Won't greet you or allow any questions. Couldn't provide us rooms closer to our groups. The same shrug and response for every question you ask. Same canned fruits and packaged food in breakfast everyday. Use bad quality seed oil for cooking eggs or other items. I had kept a glass in kitchen to drink water and cleaning staff took it away without asking. All they need is your money and no service.

Overall worth the price i paid! Great Value for money. Improvements needed also.

Liked:Was happy mostly and would use again a the right price. The leaflet with food times and area's you could get snacks were not true and were absent on days or not used. But the food for the price i paid was execellent and the staff were great in all areas.
