Disliked:my room was not only not ready but with bad smell, excess of chlorine in bathroom to try to solve it and air ventilators to try to cover the smell Was promised to have my room change and hotel system was not working without even having the ability to issue new room keys To help solve the issue I was not going to be charged for 1st night what was not able to be done as contracted through Booking and not direct
