it's not worth staying here!

Disliked:The older, blonde lady at the reception was very unfriendly. I showed her the room I had booked and that it did not correspond to what I had been allocated but she said that this was it, she had no other available. Access to this room was difficult because of the double bed mounted diagonally which was right in front of the entrance door and you could barely get in. There was no towel rack in the bathroom, only hand towels. The bathroom trash can smelled musty, even though it was empty. The bathroom window was half open and was next to some kind of SPA and anyone passing by could see you. On the balcony, you had to keep the curtains drawn all the time because it overlooked the hotel next door and you were completely exposed in the room. Overall, it was a sad experience and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I don't even mention that the lady at the reception tried to sell me dinner for 25 EUR/person again, meaning 50 EUR for me and my wife, and if I didn't check, I was being fooled. I asked her for the bill at Check-in and I woke up at Check-out and she didn't recognize it and I had to wait quite a while for her to figure out how to use the computer to at least give me a tax receipt for my requests. I don't even mention that she doesn't speak English and always calls on a younger girl, Andreea, to translate, and I want to thank her!
