For the price we got last minute especially during a busy weekend, I would definitely recommend this place for a last mi

Liked:The architecture designs of the building and how well it is kept cleaned and organized for it being a vintage building

Disliked:There were parts of the room that were not clean like I found a pair of dirty socks from a previous customer that stayed in our room before us. The room temperature couldn’t be changed and it made the room warmer than we would like.

Amazing Historic Hotel / Fabulous Staff

Liked:There are not enough words to describe how exceptional our experience was at The Americus Hotel in Allentown! We stayed at the hotel for my daughter’s wedding and from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The level of customer service was simply unparalleled. A special thank you goes to Nadine Abdouche, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire booking process. Coordinating hotel accommodations for a wedding can be incredibly stressful, but Nadine made everything effortless. She was extraordinarily accommodating, responsive,, and genuinely invested in ensuring that our family and guests had the best possible experience. What truly sets The Americus apart, however, is its people! The staff was, without question, the friendliest and most helpful hotel team we have ever encountered. Every interaction was met with warmth, professionalism, and a sincere desire to make our stay memorable. In an industry where exceptional hospitality can be difficult to find, this team has truly perfected it. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful! The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed, providing both comfort and luxury. Every detail reflected the pride and care that the hotel takes in creating an outstanding guest experience. One of the highlights of our stay came after the wedding when the staff graciously kept the bar open late, allowing our family and friends to enjoy an impromptu “after party” together. It was an unexpected gesture that perfectly demonstrated the hotel’s commitment to going above and beyond for its guests. I can honestly say that I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! In fact, our stay was so remarkable that we’ve already booked another stay for our oldest daughter’s wedding in December. The Americus Hotel isn’t just the best hotel in the Lehigh Valley, it’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in anywhere. If you’re looking for exceptional accommodations, outstanding service, and a team that truly understands hospitality, look no further. We cannot wait to return!!!
