Hotel has gone down hill over the last year.

Liked:Clean comfortable room. Location

Disliked:Evening staff was rude and not helpful. Hot water for tea was cold, I had to use the microwave to heat my water. Used to LOVE this place. Not anymore.

Disliked:Seating for breakfast. Food not restocked and when asked for something was told they were out. It was a lie, because when pushed they would say let me look and would come back with one. I was told he looked in the back and this was the last one. Breakfast still had over an hour to go.
