Scary

Liked:The breakfast was great. There was a decent selection of food available. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was a bit uncomfortable in that it was hard, but otherwise it was alright.

Disliked:There was a domestic dispute in adjacent rooms. There was loud music, screaming, and fighting. The families had toddlers with them and they were screaming scared, and quite frankly so was I. I called the front desk at 3 in the morning to report the incident but did not receive an answer. I called 911. The police arrived promptly. Horrible experience.

Liked:Reception staff were great. The room was fine and clean initially.

Disliked:Housekeeping were terrible and absent despite management telling me they had been on one of the days; which was incorrect. When they did finally arrive on my final day, they failed to clean mugs that I had left out to assess if they had been in the room. If they had been, they failed to clean them. People were leaving their rubbish out in the corridor to be collected. Atrocious service from this standpoint.
