Disliked:No staff. Poor customer service.allocated room was unprepared and dirty. Several hours of our holiday spent trying to sort out Kasa’s own F.U. This is a virtual operation from California, nobody there to help.

This location was perfect for our visit. Would stay there again.

Liked:Great location. The property is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and places of interest. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom.

Disliked:The dishwasher did not work. The toilet kept running. We notified the staff, who offered to send someone out to fix the problem.

Misleading Listing and Disappointing Stay -1 Star

Liked:Location was good thats why I choose this place. But will never stay here again. Room layout was completely different, and I won't call this a room. It's like a jail with all-in-one small area.

Disliked:I was completely dissatisfied with my stay at Kasa. The property did not meet my expectations, and several issues made the experience very disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others. I expected much better service and accommodations for the price. The listing picture and the apt was completed different. Dont get fooled by KASA. Non refundable credit card payment so you are in a trap. I call this as a jail with all bathroom, bedroom,kitchen within one square. Never book with KASA. I am completely dissatisfied with my stay at Kasa. The room did not match the photos advertised, which was very misleading. The layout was different from what I expected when I made the reservation. The cleanliness of the room was below acceptable standards, making the stay uncomfortable from the start. In addition, there was no working Wi-Fi, which was a major inconvenience, especially for anyone traveling for business or needing reliable internet access. Another disappointment was the lack of a work desk, even though the listing gave the impression that the room would be suitable for working. This made it difficult to use the space as intended. Overall, the room did not meet the expectations set by the listing. Between the cleanliness issues, the missing Wi-Fi, the absence of a work desk, and the inaccurate room layout, I cannot recommend staying here and would not book with Kasa again.

My experience was terrible - it's dirty, uncomfortable and no staff present on site for help

Liked:I thought the location would be good, it's in the heart of King St in Old Town, but I didn't know that the windows would be so thin that I would hear every single thing that does happen on King St - the bagpipes, sanitation vehicles, buses kneeling (beep beep beep beep every 5 minutes), inebriated folks out on the sidewalk screaming in the middle of the night - any day of the week, not just weekends. The first room came with a noise cancelling device, the second room I was moved to did not - so no sleep for me.

Disliked:This place was AWFUL. The first room (101 in the courtyard) smelled like sewage (and very bad water pressure in the shower), I tried to air it out, but nothing helped. As that there is NO FRONT DESK and NO STAFF on site, you have to text some number and you get back cryptic replies. Always apologizing, never fixing the problem. They finally moved rooms for me to a smaller room, up 3 flights of stairs and somehow an even harder bed - but I had to do it all in one trip, which made dragging 3 suitcases around difficult - as there is NO STAFF PRESENT to help you for anything. The next room didn't have the same amenities - I was told that wasn't a given that all rooms had the same items (cooking utensils/dishes/noise cancelling device/dishwasher detergent). They NEVER ONE CLEANED my room in my 30 day stay. I asked for clean sheets and towels and was told they they didn't owe that to me. I asked if I was expected to wash my own (no laundry on site, and no laundromat anywhere near the hotel), and magically some sheets and towels appeared the next day. Twice they entered my room without my permission to drop off something when I asked them to leave it outside my door. Staying here was a huge mistake and I deeply regret it. I could've stayed at one of the name brand hotels nearby for less of a cost and had a much better experience. I would NEVER recommend this place.
