Good value for money! Very friendly staff! The Romanian lady at the breakfast was great!

Liked:The staff was very helpful and supportive. I had to take the breakfast before 7am, their opening hour, and dispite this, the breakfast was available for me. Thank you!

3 star hotel but much nicer than many 4 star ones

Liked:It is rated as a 3 star hotel but in fact is better than many 4 star hotel I stayed in. But I think the rate I paid is relatively high. Spacey room and very clean, Only negative was that a struggled with those long and kind of uncomfortable pillows. Very nice and breakfast, and the salad i ordered in my room, excellent as well. However, staff at the reception sits detached and behind a glass and seem not to be very willing to say a "hello" or a "good morning " to the guests getting in or out. If I ever have to be in this part of Madrid, I might stay there again especially if I able to book earlier so the room rate is so high.

Disliked:Kind of expensive and the pillows....

We always love our stay in this hotel. It’s really your home away from home.

Liked:Our go-to hotel every time we’re in Madrid. Close to the airport (with shuttle services). Close to the shops and restaurants (Burger King is literally just outside the hotel). Plus it is only a walking distance to our relatives’ home. Good basic amenities. And lovely staff. Very child friendly as well. Their housekeeper does this cute thing everytime they clean our room, they would tuck our baby’s barbie doll and stuffed toys in her cot which made our baby happy everytime she sees it.
