Liked:The people where not nice at all they even kept my deposit because I was in line trying to check out it well I was Walting at 11 I was not help tell 11:04 so they said I was late checking out and kept my money of a 100 dollars I want my money so much this is not right

Stayed twice two different times. Will stay again!

Value for money, staff communication could be better

Liked:Good sized room, handy location and value for money.

Disliked:I had tried to change my booking dates and the staff kept saying different things, that I could get 1 night refunded but it never happened. I also said on the phone call I'd be arriving a day later (hence wanting to change booking) and they canceled my booking when I went to check in and had to rebook it. Overall the staff communication wasn't great but I got into my room in the end.
