Great Customer Service!

Liked:Great Customer Service. I called to cancel a booking with them due to the weather and travel for my basketball team. Even though they could have charged me for the whole trip they let us cancel free of charge! When my team schedules their game I will absolutely send them here and will for the trips from here on out. Very friendly and caring, and would highly recommend.

Scam on insurance, unable to cancel months prior to visit

Liked:Got taken when making reservations. Some how they tacked insurance onto our reservations $80+ dollars. No matter what we do it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Big Scam! Our stay is not till March, changes should be able to be made. Stay away from this site,

A Brilliant Location With A Special Touch

Liked:I love this property. I have stated three times and each time has been very nice The staff are nice, the property is clean and safe and it’s near a Starbucks (and other places to eat and shop) What really sets this property apart from most other Holiday Inn Express locations is they ALWAYS are decorating the lobby with appropriate seasonal items - they are always first class and so welcoming Go enjoy
