Liked:We had a really wonderful stay here and honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far. The rooms were always clean, tidy, and comfortable. Everything felt well taken care of and housekeeping did a very good job throughout our stay. What really made the difference for us was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite and genuinely kind. No matter what question or request we had, they were always very quick to help. They even helped us organise a rather complicated transfer and everything went perfectly, smooth, on time and completely stress-free. Really appreciate that. The restaurant was excellent too. We stayed for two weeks and there was honestly not a single time when the food disappointed us. Everything was consistently tasty. Special mention to the grilled chicken somehow they make it super nice every time. We also really enjoyed the entertainment programme. One thing that stood out compared to some other hotels is that activities were not only in the evening. During the day, the team would invite guests to join games, table games, tennis and other activities, which created a very nice atmosphere and made the stay feel much more lively. The hotel also has its own private beach with a bar, and a heated pool, which is especially nice if the weather is not perfect. Overall, we definitely feel this hotel is worth the price and would happily stay here again

Liked:The food was bad. Everything was not fresh, and we got food poisoning. The fruits were unripe, the vegetables were unwashed. Everything in the rooms was broken, and the pillows were filled with scraps.
