Disliked:The entire Hilton computer system was down. We arrived at 3 30 and waited 4 hours to finally get a room. The staff did not know how to handle the situation and apologized

Convenient to Oakland Airport, with nice views

Liked:The breakfast was good and the location is great. Nice having a filtered water dispenser and 24hr. coffee👍🏻

Disliked:Only one elevator works. Some workout equipment was down.
