Quite stressful because of parking situation.

Liked:Very affordable. Big heater.

Disliked:We were looking for a property with free parking spaces, and was given Acco: there are only 4 slots, one has to look for free parking on the streets. The personnel very politely did not help - we needed actually a parking slot for people with disabilities, and we had to park quite far from the entrance. The bathroom was really small, one could not even wash properly.

Miserable basement room.

Liked:Ok shower.

Disliked:Jammed door, odd debris on the floor, constant noise and light from the traffic signal on the corner, window didn't seal well so constant slight draft and street noise no besides lamps or other light sources aside from the ceiling light. The bathroom pipes next to our room were so loud they woke us up and the walls were paper thin. There were more rooms rented than parking spots so parking was a struggle for control of the few spots available. The room was generally a depressing basement room with windows on ground level so we had to keep them closed all night. Would not recommend unless desperate
