Overall price was decent, space was big enough for 2 people , its quiet and private

Liked:The location is convenient and they allowed pets which was great

Disliked:Found the furniture uncomfortable and the unit relatively dirty. Floors were sticky, there was food and the dishes and dirt, dust and crumbs in the drawers. The fridge had left over food and yogurt and spilled liquids in it

Disliked:Watching TV was hard to navigate, the apps weren't responding pleasurably so I think we had to try to find a movie on youtube

Liked:Property is in good location. One reliable spot on driveway, a second possibly spot but you'd need to partially block the sidewalk. Road parking is available. Beds were comfortable. We did not use the kitchen so can't comment on that

Disliked:Saturday morning at 7am what sounded like the oven fan came on for the upstairs tenants (landlord). Lots of water flowing through pipes past our basement room and footsteps upstairs you could hear after that. Made it difficult to get any sleep after that time. A similar occurred on our second night. If you are an early riser this is a good place at a good price, if you prefer to sleep in and a light sleeper, may not be the ideal place.
