Fantastic hotel with great location, super comfortable and lovely staff.

Liked:Great hotel and location with amazing choice of restaurants. Staff are very attentive. The atrium style layout of the hotel is very unique making the stay feel special. Close to shops as well.

Disliked:For one of our lunches, food came out cold twice but this was resolved and the manager waived the bill.

Liked:The breakfast was good and the spread decent. the staff were quite attentive and nice.

Disliked:The staff needs to be trained a lot more. Breakfast staff was great however all other areas need vast improvement. Some staff find it extremely difficult to communicate in English as well. Gym and wellness area is extremely poor
