Liked:Very welcoming reception upon arrival and excellent service from beginning to end. Top notch old school everything they can do do accommodate their guests. Very nice pool area, great breakfast, comfy bed and linens, great views, beautiful beach just downstairs.

Disliked:Very minor thing:Room was a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures. Not too small, but perhaps a bit small for a "junior suite" at a five star resort.

Liked:We travel quite extensively and have been fortunate enough to experience many wonderful hotels around the world, but our stay at JOIA Iberostar has genuinely stood out. The level of service, attention to detail, and warmth we experienced throughout our stay was truly exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered—from the reception team and pool staff to the restaurant team—was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A special thank you goes to Tiziana, a member of the hotel management team, who took the time to show us around and personally engage with guests during breakfast. Her genuine interest and warm hospitality made us feel particularly welcome and added a very personal touch to our stay. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with everything exceptionally clean and thoughtfully presented. The quality and variety of the food are excellent, and the high standards are evident throughout the property. We will leave with wonderful memories of our stay and would like to thank the entire team for making our time here so special. It has been a truly memorable experience.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with impeccable sea views in Costa Adele, we loved it!

Liked:- Exceptional breakfast - Impeccable rooms and bathrooms, clean rooms and communal spaces - Star Prestige is absolutely worth the money if you plan on staying a lot in the hotel - Staff was very friendly and helpful - The view from our room was outstanding - Bathroom amenities great - Terrace of the room (Star Prestige Junior Room with Seaview) was exceptional There are a lot of comments regarding the price of the hotel - I would like to address these by saying that if you decide to stay here, you should be aware of the fact that you are staying in a 5 star beachside hotel, so the prices are according. It is on the moderate side of pricey compared to other options, but the money you are spending are well worth it. The staff is great, the views are awesome, the beach is really close and the food is very good. The bar prices are as well in accordance with a 5 star hotel (10-15 euros for a cocktail, 8-10 euros for spirits, wines and champagne varies on what you get but in general reasonably priced)

Disliked:- Beds were too soft for us, the sides of the mattress should be reinforced a bit - The servers were way to eager to clean our table and we felt rushed sometimes - Unfortunately we tried the steak multiple times (buffet dinner, hotel restaurants) and they cannot get the temperature right (which is a shame, otherwise the meals were great and nicely cooked) - English could be improved with some of the front desk staff These were minor inconveniences, they did not affect our stay in general.
