Great facilties and staff

Liked:Fantastic facilities for the prices, the staff are proactive, accommodating and friendly, and lots of market stalls nearby.

Disliked:Only downside are the stairs but the staff are more than happy to help with luggage!

Construction being done at property at 5:45am!! Water outage.

Disliked:Deliberately having heavy construction work done on one of the units at 5:45am is diabolical and totally inconsiderate of the guest… 5am!! All the receptionist could say was “I’m sorry” and did not have the decency to inform me in advance allowing me the choice to continue my stay in the midst of a construction project. I had to cancel the following day because of this. If you’re looking for a peaceful ambiance in the early mornings or even throughout the day i would not recommend booking here during this time. I’m not sure how long the construction phase of this property will be but the room that being renovated is situated on the same floor as the other units and looks in its premature stages of being completed. The noise was absolutely unbearable! They would shit the water off during the day for a couple hours at a time and completely shut it off at night because they claim the water storage is low, despite mentioning a 24/7 water supply/ backup water reservoir in the property description.

Good location but needs some fixtures

Liked:The staff was very helpful and aggressive on hand whenever needed and friendly. The location delivers bolt food which is great and the rooftop is nice too also hang your clothes. Uber and bolt always comes to the area without issues.

Disliked:The kitchen seal needs cleaning and sealing. Lots of dirt at the edges when it just needs a quick hoover. Doesn't have a fan, so even with windows open or stays muggy. The save with the bathroom, very muggy and they're were little ants which I did mention and it was sprayed which went but there was some in the kitchen a little too. Please seal the door edges etc and this will also help. The pillows were not comfortable and the duvet upon arrival was on a cover that didn't seal but I mentioned and this was changed. There where also marks on some of the bedding which seemed to be dust. Both lamps didn't work at all
