Having stayed at several five-star hotels over the years, I can confidently say that this property stands out—not only because of its magnificent facilities and beautiful surroundings, but, most importantly, because of the extraordinary warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of its staff. From the moment we arrived, the experience was impeccable. The check-in representative was exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and professional, making us feel valued and genuinely cared for from the very beginning. The gentleman who assisted us with our luggage was equally courteous and accommodating, and throughout our stay, every member of the team we encountered went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were taken care of. What truly impressed me was the consistency of the service. Every request, whether big or small, was handled with remarkable efficiency and a sincere willingness to help. The staff were always approachable, attentive, and, most importantly, greeted us with a genuine smile. That level of warmth is something that cannot simply be taught—it reflects a culture of hospitality and a team that takes genuine pride in what they do. The hotel facilities were outstanding. The pool was absolutely amazing, and my children thoroughly enjoyed the Kids’ Club. They were completely engaged, entertained, and had an incredible time there. It was wonderful to see them enjoying themselves so much, while we could relax knowing they were having a great experience as well. The dinner buffet was another highlight. It was easily one of the best hotel buffets I have experienced, with an impressive variety of dishes, excellent quality, and an overall dining experience that exceeded my expectations.

A wonderful and comfortable stay with exceptional service and a beautiful suite

Liked:The room was very spacious and clean, and the reception staff were excellent. We really appreciated how responsive and helpful the team was when we had an issue with the AC. They quickly moved us to an even bigger and nicer suite, which made our stay much more enjoyable. We also really appreciated the late check-out. Overall, the service was exceptional and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay

Disliked:The breakfast was quite average and could definitely be improved. Some of the common areas also feel a little dated and could use some renovation. Although our suite was absolutely beautiful, getting to it was quite inconvenient, as we had to take multiple elevators to reach our room
