Disappointed in the customer service here.

Liked:Very clean except mold in tub in one of the rooms.

Disliked:The staff and manager Kishma were not customer friendly at all. Be AWARE IF YOU BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM AND SELECT PAY AT HOTEL THE HOTEL ITSELF WILL RUN YOUR CARD A DAY OR TWO BEFORE AND IF IT DECLINES YOUR RESERVATION COULD GET CANCELED. I planned on paying at the hotel as each room’s occupants were paying separately, received a phone call the day of our stay while loading our cars to leave stating that my rooms were on the cancelation list due to declined payment. I explained that we selected pay at the hotel. The manager was very abrupt and standoffish telling me this is their policy and that booking.com has nothing to do with them. She demanded payment on a credit card for all the rooms or they would be canceled immediately. I told her that they have an agreement with booking.com and that if they didn’t like what booking.com was saying then they needed to take it up with them. I am the customer in the middle. However we did pay on credit card and headed on the road there. When we arrived the person at check in desk wasn’t the manager but was just as rude when we asked questions. I apparently booked “accessible” rooms. I swore I booked a room with a couch as we had 5 guests in my room. My room was small but my Mom’s room which was a handicap room was huge. I asked to be switched and pay the upgrade and was told there were no more rooms available. I called corporates and was told there were no more rooms available but she’d call the hotel to see if they could at least give us a cot. The same clerk at the desk told her my room wasn’t big enough for a cot so it wasn’t an option. I asked for my money back but was told no. We ended up paying for an air mattress, sheets, pillow, blanket and pillow case for one of our member to sleep on. My daughter had an asthma exacerbation during our stay and I couldn’t figure out what was setting her asthma off. Well come to find out that they allow pets on all floors and in every room.

The updates made to the rooms were very well done.
